Orders

We make every effort to make sure that every product is shown accurately and that prices are correct. When the user enters the contract to purchase a product by pressing order confirmation at the checkout you are agreeing to purchase the item or items selected. Payment is taken by your nominated payment method and we send you a “Thank you for your order” together with other information. If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment the order may be rejected. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.

Supply & Pricing

All cards are held in stock and dispatched from the registered office in Dorset. Cards are dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. A3 prints are packaged in cardboard tubes to protect the print and A4 prints are packaged in padded envelopes with card stiffeners for protection. Prints are dispatched within 28 days.

All prices include vat at the current rate. Packaging charges are inclusive.

Circumstances beyond our control. Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our control.

Pricing & Exchange rate

All prices are shown and charged in Pound sterling and are correct at the time of publication. Additional prices shown in USD and the Euro are updated automatically from rates supplied by the EU central Bank and may not reflect the exchange rate given by a particular bank or credit / debit card company.

Refunds and Returns

We always try to send our products in perfect conditions. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible of the problem and we can advise you of a refund or replacement.

Privacy

We are committed to protect your privacy and all information collected from you is in accordance with the data Protection Act 1998. When payment is made by credit and debit card your full card details are not recorded or stored in our database.

The terms and conditions of Greetings from UK shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and disputes arising in connection with our business shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
