The Bull hotel, Bridport proudly stands on the site of an earlier 16thC coaching inn and today is a boutique hotel.
In 1805 Lieutenant Lapenotière changed horses at The Bull Inn on his journey from Falmouth to London with news of England's victory at The Battle of Trafalgar. The Bull is dedicated as part of the new Trafalgar Way and commemorates its role at The Battle of Trafalgar.
